हिन्दी अनुवादएडुकॉम्प सॉल्यूशंस लिमिटेड ने सूचित किया है कि कंपनी की 16 जनवरी 2010 को पारिश्रमिक समिति ने, एसोप योजना 2006 के तहत संबंधित कर्मचारियों को जो अपने विकल्प का प्रयोग किया है उन्हें 10,800 इक्विटी शेयर आवंटित किये गये है। आवंटन के बाद कंपनी की पूंजी के भुगतान मे 18,98,39,840 / - रुपए से 2 रुपए की अंकित मूल्य के जिसमे 9,49,19,920 इक्विटी शेयरों मिले थे - 18,98,61,440 / - रुपए से 2 रुपए की अंकित मूल्य के 9,49,30,720 इक्विटी शेयरों मे वृद्धि हुई है।
English Translation:
Educomp Solutions Ltd has informed that remuneration committee of the Company on January 16, 2010 has allotted 10,800 Equity Shares of the Company to the respective employees who have exercised their option under ESOP Scheme 2006. Post allotment Paid up capital of the Company has increased from Rs. 18,98,39,840/- consisting of 9,49,19,920 equity shares of the face value of Rs. 2/- each to Rs. 18,98,61,440/- consisting of 9,49,30,720 equity shares of the face value of Rs. 2/- each.
