बिरला श्लोक (Shloka) एदुतेक लिमिटेड ने सूचित किया है कि सार्वजनिक निर्गम समिति के सदस्यों ने कंपनी के निदेशक बोर्ड की 23 दिसम्बर 2009 को आयोजित बैठक में मंजूरी दे दी है और रिकॉर्ड लिया, लाल हेरिंग सूचीपत्र आरओसी (ROC) के साथ दर्ज करना होगा।
इसके अलावा, समिति ने यह भी निर्णय लिया है कि निर्गम 11 जनवरी, 2010 को खुलेगा और करीब 13 जनवरी, 2010 को बंद होगा।
English Translation:
Birla Shloka Edutech Ltd has informed that the Members of the Public Issue Committee of the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on December 23, 2009, have approved and taken on record, the Red Herring Prospectus to be filed with the ROC.
Further, the Committee has also decided that the Issue will open on January 11, 2010 and close on January 13, 2010.
