Kanohar Electricals Ltd has informed that the members at the Extra Ordinary General Meeting (EGM) of the Company held on December 17, 2009, inter alia, have passed the resolution for appointment of M/s. Sunil Ram & Co., Chartered Accountants, Meerut as Auditors of the Company to fill up the casual vacancy caused by the resignation of M/s. S. S. Gupta & Co., Chartered Accountants, Meerut; until the conclusion of next Annual General Meeting of the Company on remuneration, terms & conditions.
