बिलपॉवर लिमिटेड ने सूचित किया है कि तारापुर ट्रांसफॉर्मर लिमिटेड, बिल लिमिटेड की सहायक कंपनी ने 100% बुक बिल्डिंग प्रक्रिया के जरिये एक आरंभिक सार्वजनिक पेशकश (आईपीओ) (IPO) 85,00,000 इक्विटी शेयरों के साथ बाहर आ रही है।
इस संबंध में तारापुर ट्रांसफॉर्मर लिमिटेड ने सेबी (SEBI), बीएसई (BSE), एनएसई (NSE) , यदि कोई और हो, अगले हफ्ते और अन्य लागू अधिकारियों के साथ ड्राफ्ट रेड सुनवाई सूचीपत्र (दीआरएचपि)(DRHP) दाखिल कर रहे है।
English Translation:
Bilpower Ltd has informed that Tarapur Transformers Ltd., Subsidiary Company of Bilpower Ltd. is coming out with an Initial Public Offer (IPO) of 85,00,000 Equity Shares though a 100% Book Building process.
In this regard Tarapur Transformers Ltd. is filing Draft Red Hearing Prospectus (DRHP) with SEBI, BSE, NSE & other applicable authorities, if any, next week.
