बैंक ऑफ इंडिया- प्राधिकृत पूंजी में संशोधन - Bank Of India Authorized Capital - December 31, 2009

बैंक ऑफ इंडिया ने सूचित किया है कि बैंकिंग कंपनियों की धारा 3 (2A) (अधिग्रहण और उपक्रमों अधिनियम के स्थानांतरण) 1970, के अनुसार भारत सरकार भारत के रिजर्व बैंक के साथ परामर्श के बाद, बैंक के प्राधिकृत पूंजी की मौजूदा स्तर रू. 1500करोड़ से वृद्धि करते हुए मुहैया 3000 करोड़ रुपये की अधिसूचना सरकारी Gazettee के माध्यम से दिनांक 10 नवम्बर 2009 को कर दी है।
इसके अलावा बैंक ने सूचित किया है कि, बैंक के निदेशक मंडल, अपने 21 दिसम्बर 2009 को आयोजित बैठक में इसी को ध्यान में ले लिया है।
English Translation:
Bank of India has informed that in accordance with section 3(2A) of the Banking Companies (Acquisition and Transfer of Undertakings Act) 1970, Government of India after consultation with the Reserve Bank of India has increased the Authorised Capital of the Bank from existing level of Rs. 1500 Crore to 3000 Crore vide its notification dated November 10, 2009, through official Gazettee.
Further the Bank has informed that, the Board of Directors of the Bank, at its meeting held on December 21, 2009 has taken note of the same.
