1. वर्ष 2008-09 के लिए लाभांश सिफारिश नहीं किया जायेगा।
2. 39 वीं वार्षिक आम बैठक बुलाने को मंजूरी दी।

Bajaj Hindusthan Sugar & Industries Ltd has informed that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on December 15, 2009, inter alia, has transacted the following:
1. No dividend was recommended for the year 2008-09.
2. Approved convening of 39th Annual General Meeting.
बजाज हिंदुस्तान सुगर और इंडस्ट्रीज लिमिटेड ने सूचित किया है कि बजाज हिंदुस्तान सुगर और इंडस्ट्रीज लिमिटेड ने सूचित किया है कि 15 दिसम्बर 2009 को आयोजित बैठक में कंपनी के बोर्ड के निदेशक ने अन्य बातों के साथ, निम्न कारोबार करेंगे:
