भारतीय रिजर्व बैंक के गवर्नर ने कहा कि पूंजी नियंत्रण उपायों इनकार नहीं किया जाना चाहिए बाहर के मामले में वे भारत में पूंजी निवेश में वृद्धि पर नियंत्रण की जरूरत थी।
हालांकि, दुव्वुरी सुब्बाराव ने कहा कि आगे भी पूंजी प्रवाह की वृद्धि होनी चाहिए , हम बाहर सक्रिय पूंजी प्रबंधन शासन नहीं कर सकते।
दूसरी ओर, सी रंगराजन, प्रधानमंत्री की आर्थिक सलाहकार परिषद के अध्यक्ष, चर्चा में कहा कि चालू वर्ष में निवेश प्रबंध किया जाएगा।
English Translation:
The Reserve Bank of India’s governor stated that capital control measures should not be ruled out in case they were needed to control a surge in capital inflows into India.
However, Duvvuri Subbarao said that going ahead should there be a surge of capital flows, we cannot rule out active capital management.
On the other hand, C Rangarajan, chairman of the Prime Minister''s Economic Advisory Council, said in the discussion that inflows in the current year would be manageable.
