कोलगेट पामोलिव इंडिया लिमिटेड ने सूचित किया है कि 04 December, 2009 को कंपनी के निदेशक बोर्ड ने एक प्रस्ताव पारित किया है जिसमे 5 साल की अवधि के लिए श्री मुकुल देवरस को कंपनी के प्रबंध निदेशक के रूप में नियुक्त किया है 01 February, 2010 से प्रभाव में, केन्द्र सरकार और कंपनी के शेयरधारकों की मंजूरी के अधीन में।
श्री आर.डी. काल्मेयेर ने कंपनी के प्रबंध निदेशक पद से इस्तीफा दे दिया जो 31 जनवरी, 2010 से प्रभाव में, उन्होंने 36 साल की विभिन्न क्षमताओं में निगम की सेवा के बाद कोलगेट पामोलिव कंपनी की सेवा से संन्यास का फैसला किया।
English Translation:
Colgate Palmolive India Ltd has informed that the Board of Directors of the Company on December 04, 2009, has passed a resolution appointing Mr. Mukul Deoras as Managing Director of the Company for a period of five years with effect from February 01, 2010, subject to the approval of the Central Government and Shareholders of the Company.
Mr. R. D. Calmeyer resigned as Managing Director of the Company effective January 31, 2010 as he has decided to retire from the service of Colgate-Palmolive Company after serving the Corporation in various capacities of 36 years.
