अलोक इंडसट्रीज ने कन्वर्शन के लिए शेयर को अनुमोदित किया- नवम्बर 14, 2009
हिन्दी अनुवाद:अलोक इंडसट्रीज की समिति ने यह तय किया है की अनुमोदित कन्वर्शन के लिए 9वीं लोट कोमप्राइजिंग के 1,34,527 पार्टली चुकता उचित इक्विटी शेयर को आवंटित किया जाए इसके बीच में सम्पूर्ण चुकता इक्विटी शेयर के लिए मुल्ये प्रत्येक 10 रूपये की प्राप्ति के फुल एंड फाइनल कॉल मनी द्वारा मुल्ये 5 रूपये के प्रति इक्विटी शेयर के अनुसार होल्डरों ने सच पार्टली चुकता शेयर को आयोजित किया।
समिति की बैठक ने यह अनुमोदित किया था की इस बैठक को 13 नवम्बर 2009 को आयोजित किया जाए।
English Translation:
The committee of Alok Industries Limited has approved the conversion of 9th lot comprising of 1,34,527 partly paid rights equity shares into fully paid equity shares of Rs.10 each pursuant to receipt of full and final call money of Rs. 5 per equity share from the holders of such partly paid shares.
This was approved at the committee meeting held on 13 November 2009.
समिति की बैठक ने यह अनुमोदित किया था की इस बैठक को 13 नवम्बर 2009 को आयोजित किया जाए।
English Translation:
The committee of Alok Industries Limited has approved the conversion of 9th lot comprising of 1,34,527 partly paid rights equity shares into fully paid equity shares of Rs.10 each pursuant to receipt of full and final call money of Rs. 5 per equity share from the holders of such partly paid shares.
This was approved at the committee meeting held on 13 November 2009.
