फोर्टिस मुचुअल फंड ने सेकयोरिटिज एंड एक्सचेंज बोर्ड ऑफ़ इंडिया (सेबी) (SEBI) के साथ फाइल दस्तावेजों को उपस्थित किया और फोर्टिस की निश्चित टर्म फंड की श्रृंखला 17 A, B, C, D (17_A/B/C/D) को लॉन्च किया, और यह एक दुर्लभ अवधि की आय प्रणाली है। प्रत्येक संविभाग के लिए इस योजना में कोमप्राइज के लिए साधन की अवधि के बाद अव्धिपूर्ण योजना को आयोजित किया गया। इस नए फंड ऑफर (एनऍफ़ओ) (NFO) की कीमत के लिए इस प्रणाली में मुल्ये 10 रूपये प्रति यूनिट को आयोजित किया गया।

इस प्रणाली का उद्द्येशय उत्तपन प्रतिलाभ अनुरूप के साथ लाउ क्रेडिट जोखिम द्बारा मुख्यतः नीवेश में संविभाग कोमप्राइजिंग के लिए शोर्ट से मध्यम टर्म की सरकारी सुरक्षा की गारंटी द्बारा केंद्रीय और राज्य सरकारी सुरक्षा को उत्तपन करना है।

इस प्रणाली में विकास और लाभांश विकल्प को उपास्थित किया गया। लाभांश विकल्प के लिए लाभांश पेआउट की सुविधा को उपस्थित किया गया।

English Translation:

Fortis Mutual Fund has filed an offer document with Securities and Exchange Board of India (SEBI) to launch Fortis Fixed Term Fund – Series 17 A, B, C, D (17_A/B/C/D), a close ended income scheme. The portfolio of each plan shall comprise of instruments maturing on or before the maturity of the plan. The new fund offer (NFO) price for the scheme will be Rs 10 per unit.

The investment objective of the scheme is to generate returns commensurate with low credit risk by predominantly investing in the portfolio comprising of short to medium term government securities guaranteed by central and state government securities.

The scheme shall offer growth and dividend option. Dividend option shall offers dividend payout facility.
