हिन्दी अनुवाद:बॉम्बे रायोन फेशंस लिमिटेड ने यह सूचित किया है की समिति के बोर्ड के निर्देशकों ने इस बैठक को 13 नवम्बर 2009 को आयोजित करने का निर्णय लिया, विचार और अनुमोदित आवंटन के लिए 1,00,00,000 (एक करोड़) परिवर्तनीय वार्रंट्स (वार्रंट्स) की रायनोल्ड शिर्टिंग लिमिटेड, पर एंटिटी बेलोंगिंग की प्रोमोटर समूह में प्रत्येक वॉरंट परिवर्तन के विकल्प के लिए वॉरंट होल्डर ने एक अवधि के लिए 18 महीनों के अनुसार समय के प्रकाशन में एक इक्विटी शेयर के लिए मुल्ये प्रत्येक 10 रूपये के नकद पर एक अभ्यास कीमत के लिए मुल्ये 193 रूपये डीटरमाइंड में अनुरूपता के साथ वरीयता मुद्दों के लिए सेबी के दिशा निर्देशों के अनुसार इसे निर्धारित किया गया।

Bombay Rayon Fashions Ltd has informed that the Committee of the Board of Directors at their Meeting held on November 13, 2009 has considered and approved the allotment of 1,00,00,000 (One Crore) Convertible Warrants (Warrants) to RAYNOLD SHIRTING LTD, an entity belonging to Promoter Group, each Warrant being convertible, at the option of the Warrant holder, within a period of 18 months from the date of issue, into one Equity Share of Rs. 10/- each for cash at an exercise price of Rs. 193/- determined in accordance with SEBI Guidelines for Preferential Issues.
