हिन्दी अनुवाद:धामपुर सुगर मिल्स लिमिटेड ने यह सूचित किया है की रजिस्टर के लिए सदस्यों और शेयर ट्रांसफर खातों के लिए कंपनी ने शेष इसे 19 फरवरी 2010 से लेकर 25 फरवरी 2010 तक (दोनों दिनों को सम्मिलित) कर इसे बंद करने की योजना बनाई इसके उद्द्येशय के लिए कमपनी ने भुगतान के लिए लाभांश और वार्षिक जनरल बैठक (एजीएम) को 25 फरवरी 2010 को आयोजित करने का निर्णय लिया।
English Translation:
Dhampur Sugar Mills Ltd has informed that the Register of Members & Share Transfer Books of the Company will remain closed from February 19, 2010 to February 25, 2010 (both days inclusive) for the purpose of Payment of Dividend & Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Company to be held on February 25, 2010.
