हिन्दी अनुवाद:सुजलोन एनर्जी लिमिटेड ने यह सूचित किया है की ईएसओपी समिति के लिए बोर्ड के निर्देशकों ने यह तय किया था की कंपनी की बैठक को 07 नवम्बर 2009 को आयोजित किया जाए और आवंटन के लिए मुल्ये प्रत्येक 2 रूपये के 8,000 इक्विटी शेयर को आवंटित किया गया और विकल्प की गारंटी के अनुसार अभ्यास के लिए विकल्प ग्रांटिड की योग्य कर्मचारियों के लिए कंपनी और सहायक कंपनी के अधीन कर्मचारी स्टॉक विकल्प की योजना 2005 को आयोजित किया गया।
English Translation:
Suzlon Energy Ltd has informed that the ESOP Committee of the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on November 07, 2009 has allotted 8,000 equity shares of Rs. 2/- each to the option grantees, pursuant to exercise of the options granted to the eligible employees of the Company and its Subsidiary Companies under the Employee Stock Options Plan-2005.
