हिन्दी अनुवाद: बडौदा पायनियर मुचुअल फंड ने सेकयोरिटिज एंड एक्स्चेंज बोर्ड ऑफ़ इंडिया (सेबी) के साथ फाइल दस्तावेजों को उपस्थित कीया और बडौदा पायनियर पीएसयू इक्विटी फंड को लॉन्च कीया, और यह एक निरंतर स्वरुप के इक्विटी की प्रणाली है। इस प्रणाली में नए फंड ऑफर (एनऍफ़ओ) की कीमत के लिए मुल्ये 10 रूपये प्रति यूनिट को आयोजित किया गया।
इस प्रणाली का उद्द्येशय एकत्रित निवेश के साथ अवसर के लिए लॉन्ग टर्म के विकास में पूंजी के साथ साथ लिक्विडिटी के लिए निरंतर स्वरुप की प्रणाली द्बारा एक्टिव मेनेजमेंट के लिए निवेश में एक विविध बास्केट के लिए इक्विटी स्टॉक के भौतिक पब्लिक सेक्टर अंडरटेकिंग को उत्तपन करना है।
इस प्रणाली में विकास और लाभांश विकल्प की प्रणाली को उपस्थित कीया गया। लाभांश विकल्प के लिए लाभांश पेआउट और लाभांश पुनः निवेश के उप विकल्प को उपस्थित कीया गया।
English Translation:
Baroda Pioneer Mutual Fund has filed an offer document with Securities and Exchange Board of India (SEBI) to launch Baroda Pioneer PSU Equity Fund, an open ended equity scheme. The new fund offer (NFO) price for the scheme is Rs. 10 per unit.
The primary investment objective of the scheme will be to provide investors with opportunities for long-term growth in capital along with the liquidity of an open-ended scheme through an active management of investments in a diversified basket of equity stocks of domestic Public Sector Undertakings.
The scheme shall offer growth and dividend option. Dividend option shall offers dividend payout and dividend re-investment as sub-options.
