हिन्दी अनुवाद:परफेक्टपेक की समिति ने यह सूचित किया है की आवंटन के लिए मुल्ये प्रत्येक 10 रुपए के लिए 6,65,950 इक्विटी शेयर को आवंटित किया गया शेयरधारकों के लिए कंपनी ने खातों के समापन के समय और रिनाउन्सिस को आयोजित किया, इस पर एक प्रीमियम के लिए मुल्ये 15 रूपये प्रति इक्विटी शेयर को भी आयोजित किया, राशि सग्रह के लिए उचित आधार पर मुल्ये 16,648,750 रूपये को आयोजित किया गया।
समिति की बैठक ने यह तय किया है की समिति की बैठक को 30 अक्टूबर 2009 को अनुमोदित किया जाए।
English Translation:
The committee of Perfectpac has allotted 6,65,950 equity shares of Rs. 10/- each to the shareholders of the Company as on the book closure date and/or to their renouncees, at a premium of Rs. 15/- per equity share, for an amount aggregating to Rs. 16,648,750/- on a rights basis.
This was approved at the committee meeting held on 30 October 2009.
समिति की बैठक ने यह तय किया है की समिति की बैठक को 30 अक्टूबर 2009 को अनुमोदित किया जाए।
English Translation:
The committee of Perfectpac has allotted 6,65,950 equity shares of Rs. 10/- each to the shareholders of the Company as on the book closure date and/or to their renouncees, at a premium of Rs. 15/- per equity share, for an amount aggregating to Rs. 16,648,750/- on a rights basis.
