हिंदुस्तान मोटर्स ने मनोनीत निदेशक की नियुक्ति कि- अक्टूबर 31, 2009
हिन्दी अनुवाद:हिंदुस्तान मोटर्स ने यह घोषणा की है कि अनुसूचित जाति के लिए जैन भारतीय जीवन बीमा निगम (एलआईसी) के उम्मीदवार ने 04 सितम्बर 2009 से प्रभावित किया जाएगा और उसकी जगह विजय कुमार शर्मा के साथ निर्देशक नहीं रह गए है और एलआईसी ने बोर्ड पर एक घूर्णी मनोनीत निदेशक के रूप में इसे नामित किया है 26 अक्टूबर 2009 से इसे कंपनी ने प्रभवित किया।
कंपनी ने यह सूचित किया है की 30 अक्टूबर 2009 को व्यापार घंटे के बाद इसकी घोषणा की जायेगी।
English Translation:
Hindustan Motors has announced that S. C. Jain has ceased to be the nominee director of Life Insurance Corporation of India (LIC) with effect from 04 September 2009 and in his place Vijay Kumar Sharma has been nominated by LIC as a rotational nominee director on the Board of the Company with effect from 26 October 2009.
The company made this announcement after the trading hours on 30 October 2009.
कंपनी ने यह सूचित किया है की 30 अक्टूबर 2009 को व्यापार घंटे के बाद इसकी घोषणा की जायेगी।
