हिन्दी अनुवाद:सीएसएस टेक्नोलॉजी लिमिटेड की समिति ने यह सूचित किया है की विवाद और अनुमोदित प्रोपोसल के प्रकाशन और आवंटन के लिए अधिक 14,00,000 सम्पूर्ण परिवर्तनीय वार्रंट्स में श्रेष्टता संबंधी आधार पर प्रोमोटरों और प्रोमोटर समूह के व्यक्तियों, निर्देशकों, सहयोगियों और अन्य निवेशकों को आयोजित किया जाए।
समिति ने यह तय किया था की इस बैठक को 30 अक्टूबर 2009 को अनुमोदित किया जाएगा।
English Translation:
The board of CSS Technergy Limited has discussed and approved the proposal for issue and allotment of upto 14,00,000 fully Convertible Warrants on Preferential basis to the Promoters and promoter group persons, Directors, associates and other investors.
This was approved at the board meeting held on 30 October 2009.
समिति ने यह तय किया था की इस बैठक को 30 अक्टूबर 2009 को अनुमोदित किया जाएगा।
English Translation:
