हिन्दी अनुवाद:ग्रासिम इंडसट्रीज लिमिटेड ने यह सूचित किया है की शेयरधारकों ग्रिएवांस/आवंटित एंड ट्रांसफर समिति के लिए बोर्ड के निर्देशकों की कंपनी ने आवंटन के लिए 20 अक्टूबर 2009 को 5,356 (फाइव थाउजंड थ्री हंडरेड एंड फिफ्टी सिक्स) इक्विटी शेयरों को आवंटित किया, इसके अधीन कंपनियों ने कर्मचारी स्टॉक विकल्प की प्रणाली 2006 को आयोजित किया। यह कहा गया है की एक ही समय में सभी संबंध में कंपनी के मौजूदा इक्विटी शेयरों को एक साथ ही 5,356 इक्विटी शेयरों को रैंक किया जाएगा।
English Translation:
Grasim Industries Limited has informed that the Shareholders Grievance / Allotment & Transfer Committee of the Board of Directors of the Company has allotted 5,356 (Five Thousand Three Hundred and Fifty-six only) Equity Shares on October 20, 2009 under the Companys Employee Stock Option Scheme, 2006. The said 5,356 Shares shall rank pari passu with the existing equity shares of the Company in all respect.
