हिन्दी अनुवाद:जेवीएल एग्रो इंडसट्रीज लिमिटेड ने यह सूचित किया है की रजिस्टर के लिए सदस्यों और शेयर ट्रांसफर खातों के लिए कंपनी ने शेष इसे 03 नवम्बर 2009 से लेकर 13 नवम्बर 2009 तक (दोनों दिनों को सम्मिलित) कर इसे बंद करने की योजना बनाई इसके उद्द्येशय के लिए कंपनी ने भुगतान के लाभांश और 20वीं वार्षिक जनरल की बैठक (एजीएम) को 12 अक्टूबर 2009 को आयोजित करने का निर्णय लिया था।
