हिन्दी अनुवाद:एलाइड डिजिटल सर्विसिस की समिति ने यह तय किया है की क्वालीफाइड संस्थाओं प्लेसमेंट (क्यूआईपी) के लिए एलाइड डिजिटल सर्विसिस की इक्विटी शेयर के मुल्ये प्रत्येक 10 रूपये के डीटरमाइंड द्बारा खातों के बिल्डिंग प्रोसेस और अनुमोदन की प्रकाशन के लिए मुल्ये प्रत्येक 10 रूपये के लिए 49,00,000 इक्विटी शेयर के लिए नकद कीमत के मुल्ये 472.29 रूपये प्रति इक्विटी शेयर के समूह के मुल्ये 2,31,42,21,000 रूपये को आयोजित किया गया।
समिति की बैठक ने यह तय किया था की समिति की इस बैठक को 16 अक्टूबर 2009 को आयोजित किया जाएगा।
English Translation:
The committee of Allied Digital Services has decided to close the Qualified Institutions Placement (QIP) of Allied Digital Services of Equity Shares of Rs. 10 each as determined by the Book Building Process and has approved the issuance of 49,00,000 equity shares of Rs 10 each for cash at price Rs 472.29 per equity share aggregating to Rs 2,31,42,21,000.
This was decided at the committee meeting held on 16 October 2009.
समिति की बैठक ने यह तय किया था की समिति की इस बैठक को 16 अक्टूबर 2009 को आयोजित किया जाएगा।
English Translation:
