English Translation:
Tracking the global market, domestic markets opened higher today with a strong rebound. Meanwhile, BSE Sensex bounced back to above 17,000 levels and the NSE Nifty above 5050 mark in the early trade. The broad based buying helped the major sectors higher. Metals, Auto, Realty and Power were the front runners with respective gains of 2.15%, 1.77%, 1.67% and 1.30% respectively whereas Teck was under pressure.
The BSE Sensex is trading higher by 190.34 points at 17,217.01 whereas NSE Nifty is up by 56.44 points at 5,110.70.
The BSE Mid Cap is trading higher by 90.46 points at 6,468.93 and Small cap is trading up by 100.65 points at 7,550. The Market breadth, indicating the overall strength of the market, was strong.
