हिन्दी अनुवाद:विनाती ऑर्गेनिक्स लिमिटेड ने सूचित किया है कि कंपनी के निदेशक बोर्ड की बैठक में 21 अक्तूबर 2009, को अन्य बातों के साथ, कई बातों को आयोजित किया जाएगा के रिकार्ड पर बिना जाँचा हुआ तिमाही के वित्तीय परिणामों को लेकर आधे साल तक 30 सितम्बर 2009 को समाप्त कर दिया गया और निश्चित 10 रुपए की अंकित मूल्य के मौजूदा इक्विटी शेयरों के विभाजन के लिए रिकॉर्ड तिथि और एक अंतरिम लाभांश का भुगतान, यदि कोई हो तो उस पर विचार कीया जाएगा।
English Translation:
Vinati Organics Limited has informed that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on October 21, 2009, inter alia, to take on record the unaudited financial results for the quarter / half year ended September 30, 2009 and to fix record date for split of existing equity shares of face value of Rs 10/- each and consider payment of Interim Dividend, if any.
