समिति की इस बैठक ने यह तय किया था की समिति के इस बैठक को 07 अक्टूबर 2009 को आयोजित किया जाएगा।
English Translation:
The committee of HCL Infosystems Ltd have approved the issuance and allotment of warrants to promoters namely HCL Corporation (1,96,20,667), Appollo Trading & Finance (6,54,022), Vireet Investments (5,88,620), Viren Investments (1,96,206).
This was decided at the committee meeting held on 07 October 2009.
समिति की इस बैठक ने यह तय किया था की समिति के इस बैठक को 07 अक्टूबर 2009 को आयोजित किया जाएगा।
