हिन्दी अनुवाद:सिप्ला की समिति ने यह सूचित किया है की प्रकाशन और आवंटन के लिए प्रत्येक मुल्ये 2 रूपये के लिए 2,56,30,000 सम्पूर्ण चुकता इक्विटी शेयर पर प्रकाशित कीमत के लिए मुल्ये 263.75 रूपये प्रति इक्विटी शेयर की अग्ग्रेगाटिंग मुल्ये 6,75,99,12,500 रूपये की क्वालिफाइड संस्था बिडर्स द्बारा वे के लिए एक क्वालिफाइड संस्था प्लेसमेंट को आयोजित किया गया।
प्रकाशन के लिए समिति की बैठक ने इस बैठक को 29 सितम्बर 2009 को आयोजित किया।
English Translation:
The committee of Cipla has issued and allotted 2,56,30,000 fully paid-up equity shares of Rs 2 each at an issue price of Rs 263.75 per Equity Share aggregating to Rs 6,75,99,12,500 to qualified institutional bidders by way of a qualified institutions placement.
This was issued at the committee meeting held on 29 September 2009.
प्रकाशन के लिए समिति की बैठक ने इस बैठक को 29 सितम्बर 2009 को आयोजित किया।
