सुप्रीम इंडस्ट्रीज लिमिटेड ने सूचित किया है कि 67वीं वार्षिक जनरल बैठक में सदस्यों के लिए 10 सितम्बर 2009 को आयोजित कंपनी में अन्य बातों के साथ की वार्षिक जनरल बैठक को मंजूरी दे दी जायेगी और अन्य बातों को पारित किया जाएगा जो निम्नलिखित है:

1. 67वीं वार्षिक तुलन पत्र और लाभ और नुकसान के लिए 30 जून 2009 को समाप्त वर्ष के खातों सहित परीक्षित लेखा के साथ रिपोर्ट को आयोजित किया गया।

2. रुपये की दर के लिए लाभांश में 25405374 इक्विटी शेयर पर प्रति 12 इक्विटी शेयरों को आयोजित किया गया।

3. श्री. बी.वी. भार्गव, निदेशक को जो अवकाश ग्रहण करने वाले थे उनकों दोबारा कंपनी में निदेशक के रूप में नियुक्त किया गया।

4. श्री. ईबी सेवानिवृत्त निदेशक देसाई को फिर से कंपनी में निदेशक के रूप में नियुक्त किया गया।

5. श्री. कार्यकारी कंपनी के निदेशक एसजे तापडि़या को पुनः पारिश्रमिक और शर्तों और संकल्प के रूप में उल्लिखित शर्तों पर कंपनी के कार्यकारी निदेशक के रूप में नियुक्त किया गया।

6. मैसर्स छोगमल एंड कंपनी में, चार्टर्ड एकाउंटेंट्स में पुनः लेखा वर्ष 2009-10 के लिए कंपनी के लेखा परीक्षकों के रूप में नियुक्त किया गया।

English Translation:

Supreme Industries Ltd has informed that the members at the 67th Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Company held on September 10, 2009, inter alia, have approved and passed the following:

1. The 67th Annual Report together with the Audited accounts including Balance Sheet and the Profit & Loss Account for the year ended on June 30, 2009.

2. Dividend at the rate of Rs. 12/- per equity share on 25405374 equity shares.

3. Shri. B. V. Bhargava, retiring Director was re-appointed as Director of the Company.

4. Shri. E. B. Desai retiring Director was re-appointed as Director of the Company.

5. Shri. S. J. Taparia, Executive Director of the Company was re-appointed as Executive Director of the Company on the remuneration and terms & conditions as mentioned in the resolution.

6. M/s. Chhogmal & Co., Chartered Accountants were re-appointed as the Auditors Company for the Accounting year 2009-10.
