भारतीय इंटरनेशनल समिति ने इक्विटी शेयर को आवंटित किया- सितम्बर 02, 2009
हिन्दी अनुवाद:भारतीय इंटरनेशनल समिति ने यह तय किया है की 10,00,000 वार्रंट्स के प्रमोटर समूह और 12,00,000 वार्रंट्स के गैर प्रोमोटर्स, को प्रकाशित किया जाए और जुड़े हुए उचित समर्थन के समान संख्या के लिए इक्विटी शेयर के मुल्ये प्रत्येक 10 रूपये के एक प्रीमियम में मुल्ये 33 रूपये प्रति इक्विटी शेयर के विषय के अनुमोदन के लिए शेयरधारकों ने वार्षिक जनरल बैठक को 25 सितम्बर 2009 को आयोजित करने का फ़ैसला किया है।
इस समिति ने यह तय किया था की समिति की इस बैठक को 28 अगस्त 2009 को आयोजित किया जाएगा।
English Translation:
The board of Bhartiya International has decided to issue 10,00,000 warrants to promoter group and 12,00,000 warrants to non-promoters, having attached thereto the right to subscribe for equal number of equity shares of Rs 10 at a premium of Rs 33 per equity share subject to the approval of shareholders in the Annual General Meeting to be held on 25 September 2009.
This was decided at the board meeting held on 28 August 2009.
इस समिति ने यह तय किया था की समिति की इस बैठक को 28 अगस्त 2009 को आयोजित किया जाएगा।
