4. निश्चित तिथि और समय और स्थान के वार्षिक जनरल बैठक के लिए को धारण करने के लिए अंकेक्षित खातों को वर्ष 31 मार्च 2009 और ऊपर से संबंधित मामलो को भी समाप्त कर दिया गया।
English Translation:
Eastcoast Steel Limited has informed that a meeting the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on September 03, 2009, inter alia, to consider the following:
1. Issue of equity shares to the existing equity shareholders on a right basis.
2. Amendment of the Object Clause of the Company in order to facilitate undertaking certain diversified activities.
3. Review the borrowing power of the board and seek approval from the members at the general meeting of the Company.
4. To fix the date and time and place of the Annual General Meeting for adoption of Audited Accounts for the year ended March 31, 2009 and matters related thereto.
