Ruchi Soya Industries Limited has informed that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on August 29, 2009, inter alia, to consider the following:
1. To consider and approve audited annual accounts for the financial year ended March 31, 2009.
2. To recommend Dividend, if any, for the financial year ended March 31, 2009.
3. To fix the date, time and venue of 23rd Annual General Meeting of the Company.
