2. बोर्ड ने कंपनी में एक स्वतंत्र निदेशक के रूप में श्री श्याम अय्यर की नियुक्ति की।
3. नीवेश में विकास उपकुलपति सलाहकार लिमिटेड, ने एक उद्यम पूंजी फंड के आधार में यूनाइटेड किंगडम ने 4% शेयर पूंजी का प्रतिनिधित्व किया।
English Translation:
Indiaco Ventures Limited has informed that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on August 12, 2009, inter alia, has approved the following:
1. Investment in Neo Corp International Limited by way of subscribing warrants convertible into equity shares in accordance with SEBI guidelines.
2. Appointment of Mr. Shyam Iyer as an independent director on the Board of the Company.
3. Investment in GROW VC Advisors Limited, a venture capital fund based in United Kingdom representing 4% of their share capital.
