हिन्दी अनुवाद:कमादगिरी सिंथेटिक्स लिमिटेड ने यह सूचित किया है की समिति के निर्देशकों की बैठक में 01 अगस्त 2009 को 3,25,000 वार्रंट्स के प्रकाशित मुल्ये के लिए 32 रूपये के वॉरंट और 25% की प्राप्ति के लिए समूह में प्रकाशित मुल्ये के अनुसार आवेदक, मेसर्स. ट्रीटोमा होटल्स प्राइवेट लिमिटेड को अनुमोदित किया गया।
आवंटन में वार्रंट्स पर श्रेष्टता संबंधी आधार, के लिए प्रति टर्म और अनुमोदित शर्तों में मुख्य संकल्प में पास किए गए उत्त्कृष्ट साधारण जनरल बैठक को 09 जुलाई 2009 को प्रकाशित किया गया।
English Translation:
Kamadgiri Synthetics Limited has informed that Committee of Directors at its meeting held on August 01, 2009, allotted 3,25,000 Warrants having issue price of Rs 32 per warrant and having received 25% of the aggregate issue price from the Applicant, M/s. Tritoma Hotels Pvt Ltd.
The allotment of Warrants is on preferential basis, as per terms & conditions approved in the special resolution passed in Extra-ordinary General Meeting held on July 09, 2009.
आवंटन में वार्रंट्स पर श्रेष्टता संबंधी आधार, के लिए प्रति टर्म और अनुमोदित शर्तों में मुख्य संकल्प में पास किए गए उत्त्कृष्ट साधारण जनरल बैठक को 09 जुलाई 2009 को प्रकाशित किया गया।
