हिन्दी अनुवाद:वीएसऍफ़ प्रोजेक्ट लिमिटेड ने यह सूचित किया है की एक कृत्रिम आदेश के अनुरूप 20 जुलाई 2009 को माननीय उच्च न्यायालय के आंध्र प्रदेश के हैदराबाद में निर्देशित बैठक के अनुसार कंपनी के इक्विटी शेयरधारकों की बैठक में 22 अगस्त 2009 को विचार करने के उद्देश्य से इसे आयोजित किया और यह निर्देश दिया है की इसकी घोषणा की जाए, वीएसऍफ़ परियोजनाओं के बीच व्यवस्था के प्रस्तावित संयुक्त योजना और इक्विटी शेयरधारकों और गैर जमानती लेनदार को अनुमोदित किया गया।
कंपनी ने 31 जुलाई 2009 को व्यापार में कई घंटे के बाद इसकी घोषणा की।
English Translation:
VSF Projects Limited has announced that pursuant to an order made on 20 July 2009 the Hon'ble High Court of Andhra Pradesh at Hyderabad has directed that the meeting of the shareholders of the company will be held on 22 August 2009 for the purpose of considering and approving, the proposed composite scheme of arrangement between VSF Projects and it's shareholders and it's unsecured creditors.
The company made this announcement after the trading hours on 31 July 2009.
कंपनी ने 31 जुलाई 2009 को व्यापार में कई घंटे के बाद इसकी घोषणा की।
