ABC Paper Limited has informed that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on July 30, 2009, inter alia, have taken the following decision :
1. The Board has recommended payment of dividend @ Rs 0.70 per equity share on the Preference equity Shares of Rs 10/- each and @ Rs 2.50 per equity Share on the Equity shares of Rs 10/- each for the year ended March 31, 2009, for declaration at the Annual General Meeting.
2. The Board has recommended to the equity Shareholders the reappointment of Shri. Pavan Khaitan, V K Bajaj, and Shri. Yashovardhan Sahoo, Directors retiring by rotation.
