आरंभिक सार्वजनिक पेशकश (आईपीओ) के अनुसार अदानी समूह ने आज इसे आरंभ किया। इस समूह में उच्च स्तर की उम्मीद की जा रही है और यह अग्रिम उपस्थिति में, मुंद्रा पोर्ट और विशेष आर्थिक जोन (एमपीएसईजेड़) को प्रकाशित किया गया, नवम्बर 2007 में वर्तमान में रिकोड समय को 116 बार अत्यधिदत्त किया गया। इस बीच, अदानी पावर ने आश्रय निवेशक मानदंडों का पालन करने के लिए पहली आईपीओ, सेबी द्वारा अनिवार्य आज्ञापक को बनाया।

कंपनी में निश्चित मुल्ये मंडली के बीच मुल्ये 90 रूपये और मुल्ये 100 रूपये के प्रति इक्विटी शेयर के लिए आरंभिक सार्वजनिक की पेशकश के लिए 10 रूपये के प्रत्येक 301,652,031 इक्विटी शेयर के नकदी मुल्ये के द्बारा 100 प्रतिशत बुक बिल्डिंग विकास की घोषणा की गई।

अदानी पावर ने, 28 जुलाई 2009 को अपनी जनता के मुद्दे को आरंभ किया है, निवेशकों के आश्रय के लिए शेयरों के आवंटन को पूरा कर लिया गया है। इससे घरेलू और विदेशी संस्थागत निवेशकों के लिए 502.14 करोड़ रुपए के प्रतिकूल के लिए 5.25 करोड़ रुपए के शेयर आबंटित किए गए। यह मुद्दा 31 जुलाई को बंद हो जाएगा।

English Translation:

The initial public offer (IPO) from the Adani group will open today. The group is expecting high that saw its earlier offering, the Mundra Port & SEZ (MPSEZ) issue, being oversubscribed a record 116 times in November 2007. Meanwhile, Adani Power will be the first IPO to follow the anchor investor norms, made mandatory by Sebi.

The company had has fixed the price band between Rs 90 and Rs 100 per equity share for its initial public offering of 301,652,031 equity shares of Rs 10 each for cash at a price to be decided through a 100 per cent book-building process.

Adani Power, which opens its public issue on 28th July 2009, has completed allocation of shares to anchor investors. It allocated 5.25 crore shares to the domestic and foreign institutional investors for close to Rs 502.14 crore. The issue will close on 31st July.
