हिन्दी अनुवाद:नवकर बिल्डर्स लिमिटेड ने यह सूचित कीया है कि सदस्यों कि असाधारण सामान्य जनरल बैठक (ईजीएम) के लिए कंपनी में 17 जुलाई 2009 को, अन्य बातों के साथ, समझौते कि स्वीकृति के ऊपरी आवंटन और 17,77,400 वारंट्स पर मुल्ये नही थे तो कर घटाकर मुल्ये के लिए दृढ़ संकल्प द्बारा सेबी (प्रकाशन और निवेशक संरक्षण) दिशानिर्देश, 2000 पर श्रेष्टता सम्बन्धी आधार को अनुमोदित कीया गया।
English Translation:
Navkar Builders Ltd has informed that the members at the Extra Ordinary General Meeting (EGM) of the Company held on July 17, 2009, inter alia, have accorded their approval to the allotment upto 17,77,400 Warrants at price not less than price as determined by SEBI (Disclosure & Investor Protection) Guideline, 2000 on preferential basis.
