India Cements Ltd has informed that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on June 27, 2009, inter alia, has transacted the following:

1. Recommended a dividend of Rs 2/- per equity share of Rs 10/- each, for the year 2008-09.

2. Issue further equity shares and / or Global Depository Shares (GDSs) and / or Global.
