हिन्दी अनुवाद:ऑयल इंडिया लिमिटेड ने एक आरंभिक सार्वजनिक (आईपीओ) के लिए इस साल सितम्बर में आने की पेशकश की है कंपनी के अध्यक्ष एन एम बोरा ने कहा की देश के दूसरे सबसे बड़े राज्य को चलाने के लिए अन्वेषक की संभावना है। आईपीओ ने एक नए इक्विटी के लिए 11% शेयर शामिल किए, जबकि सरकार ने आईपीओ मुल्ये पर होने वाले हिस्सेदारी के लिए 10% से वंचित है।
इस कंपनी की हिस्सेदारी के लिए सरकार ने 78.5% से 98.13% की आईपीओ पोस्ट और विनिवेश को कम किया। तेल की बजट में मुल्ये 2,300 करोड़ रूपये की पूंजीगत व्यय के लिए 2009 से 2010 तक अगले वर्ष में मुल्ये 2,400 करोड़ रूपये है।
English Translation:
The country's second largest state run explorer, Oil India Ltd. is likely to come up with an initial public offering (IPO) by September this year, company Chairman N M Borah said. The IPO will include an 11% fresh equity while the government would divest 10% of its stake at the IPO price.
The government's stake in the company will then reduced to 78.5% from 98.13% post IPO and disinvestment.OIL has budgeted an Rs. 2,300-crore capital expenditure in 2009-10 and Rs. 2,400 crore for the next year.
इस कंपनी की हिस्सेदारी के लिए सरकार ने 78.5% से 98.13% की आईपीओ पोस्ट और विनिवेश को कम किया। तेल की बजट में मुल्ये 2,300 करोड़ रूपये की पूंजीगत व्यय के लिए 2009 से 2010 तक अगले वर्ष में मुल्ये 2,400 करोड़ रूपये है।
