हिन्दी अनुवाद:आइडिया सेलयुलर लिमिटेड ने प्रस्तुत किया है की बीएसई सूचनाओं के लिए न्यायालय की एकत्र बैठक में सामान्य शेयरधारको के लिए, सुरक्षित लेनदार और गैर सुरक्षित लेनदारों की कम्पनी में 25 जून 2009 से लेकर 26 जून 2009 तक क्रमशः निर्धारित प्राप्त अनुमोदन को प्रस्तावित किया और इस प्रणाली की व्यवस्था में देमर्जर की निष्क्रिय आधारभूत सुविधाओं को उत्तपन किया कम्पनी की संबंध के लिए सेवा क्षेत्र की ख़ुद की नौ संपूर्णतया सहायक आइडिया सेलयुलर के ऊपर उठने की आधारभूत सुविधाए लिमिटेड को प्रस्तावित किया गया।
English Translation:
Idea Cellular Limited has submitted to BSE the Notices of the Court Convened Meeting(s) of the Equity Shareholders, Secured Creditors and Unsecured Creditors of the Company scheduled to be held on June 25, 2009 and June 26, 2009 respectively for obtaining their approval to the proposed Scheme of Arrangement for Demerger of Passive Infrastructure of the Company in respect of its nine service areas to its wholly owned subsidiary Idea Cellular Towers Infrastructure Limited.
