हिन्दी अनुवाद:टाटा मोटर्स लिमिटेड ने यह सूचना दी है कि श्री रवि कांत कम्पनी के वर्तमान प्रबंध निदेशक ने कम्पनी की नीति के अनुसार 65 वर्ष की सेवानिवृत्ति की उम्र तक पहुंचने पर 01 जून, 2009 पर अपनी कार्यकारिणी की स्थिति से इस्तीफा देकर सूचित कीया है। समिति के निर्देशकों ने कंपनी के बोर्ड पर गैर रूप कार्यकारी उपाध्यक्ष के रूप में श्री रवि कांत को बनाए रखने के लिए कंपनी के अध्यक्ष का फैसला किया है।
बोर्ड ने श्री प्रकाश एम तेलंग जो वर्तमान कार्यकारी निदेशक के प्रबंध निदेशक के रूप में है - भारत आपरेशन 02 जून, 2009 प्रभावी शुद्ध करने का निर्णय लिया है।
English Translation:
Tata Motors Ltd has informed that Mr. Ravi Kant the present Managing Director of the Company will retire from his Executive position on June 01, 2009 on reaching the retirement age of 65 years as per the Companys policy. The Board of Directors of the Company have decided to retain Mr. Ravi Kant on the Board as the Non-Executive Vice-Chairman of the Company.
The Board has also decided to elevate Mr. Prakash M Telang who is the current Executive Director as the Managing Director - India operations effective June 02, 2009.
बोर्ड ने श्री प्रकाश एम तेलंग जो वर्तमान कार्यकारी निदेशक के प्रबंध निदेशक के रूप में है - भारत आपरेशन 02 जून, 2009 प्रभावी शुद्ध करने का निर्णय लिया है।
