हिन्दी अनुवाद:स्वराज मजदा लिमिटेड ने यह सूचना दी है की समिति के निर्देशकों के लिए कम्पनी की बैठक में 28 मई 2008, को अन्य बातो के साथ निम्नलिखित परिवर्तनों के लिए बोर्ड के स्तर को आयोजित किया जाए:
1. श्री के मचीदा और श्री एम सतो ने, दोनों श्री मचीदा और श्री सतो ने 28 मई 2009 को इस्तीफा पत्र पेश किया होने वाले निर्देशकों के लिए कम्पनी के साथ होने वाले प्रभाव पर आधारित है।
2. श्री एम तबुची, श्री टी हशिमोटो और श्री एच यामागुची को प्रभाव के साथ कंपनी के अतिरिक्त निदेशक के रूप में 28 मई, 2009 को नियुक्त किया गया।
3. श्री युताका वातानाबे, ने एक निदेशक पर बोर्ड के लिए कंपनी में, पूरे समय निदेशक प्रभाव के साथ कंपनी के रूप में 01 जुलाई, 2009 से नियुक्त किया गया है।
English Translation:
Swaraj Mazda Ltd has informed that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on May 28, 2008, inter alia, has taken the following changes at the Board level:
1. Based on resignation letters submitted by Mr. K Machida and Mr. M Sato, both Mr. Machida and Mr. Sato have ceased to be Directors of the Company with effect from May 28, 2009.
2. Mr. M Tabuchi, Mr. T Hashimoto and Mr. H Yamaguchi have been appointed as Additional Directors of the Company with effect from May 28, 2009.
3. Mr. Yutaka Watanabe, a Director on the Board of the Company, has been appointed as Whole-time Director of the Company with effect from July 01, 2009.
