Mutual funds (MFs) bought shares worth a net Rs 27.20 crore on May 8, 2009, much lower than Rs 106.30 crore on May 7, 2009. The net inflow of MF's stood at Rs 27.20 crore on May 8, 2009 and this was a result of gross purchases Rs 187.90 crore and gross sales Rs 160.70 crore. The MFs were net buyer of shares worth Rs 507.20 crore during this month till May 8, 2009.
