1. श्री दीपक पारेख को गैर राज्य कर्मचारी अध्यक्ष के रूप में अधिक से अधिक समय 3 साल की अवधि के लिए 14 मई 2009 तक के लिए पुनः नियुक्त किया गया है; और
2. डॉ. राजीव बी लाल को प्रबंध निदेशक और सीईओ के रूप में अधिक से अधिक 3 वर्ष की अवधि के लिए 10 जनवरी, 2010 के समर्थ पुनः नियुक्त किया गया है।
English Translation:
Infrastructure Development Finance Company Ltd (IDFC) has informed that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on April 28, 2009:
1. Reappointed Mr. Deepak Parekh as Non-Executive Chairman for a further period of 3 years effective May 14, 2009; and
2. Reappointed Dr. Rajiv B Lall as Managing Director & CEO for a further period of 3 years effective January 10, 2010.
