हिन्दी अनुवाद:समिति के निर्देशकों ने हिंदुस्तान कंस्ट्रक्शन कंपनी लिमिटेड की बैठक में 24 अप्रैल 2009 को अन्य बातों के साथ आयोजित मुल्ये 1 रूपये का पुनः सामान्य शेयर 0.80 प्रतिशत के लाभांश की सिफारिश की है/और 12 जून 2009 को आयोजित प्रत्येक शेयरधारकों के लिए वार्षिक आम आगामी की बैठक की मंजूरी दे दी है।
English Translation:
The Board of Directors of the Hindustan Construction Company Ltd at its meeting held on April 24, 2009, inter alia, has recommended a Dividend of Re 0.80 per Equity Share of Re 1/- each for the approval of the Shareholders at the ensuing Annual General Meeting of the Company to be held on June 12, 2009.
