अपोलो टायर्स वित्तीय वर्ष 10 में 700 करोड़ रुपए निवेश करेगी - अप्रैल 30, 2009

2008-09 के लिए कंपनी का शुद्ध लाभ ज़यादा इनपुट लागत और घरेलू ऑटो बाजार में मंदी के कारण पिछले राजकोषीय लाभ 219 करोड़ रुपए की तुलना में 50 फीसदी से ज्यादा 108 करोड़ रुपये गिरा । हालांकि, शुद्ध बिक्री 10.18 प्रतिशत पिछले वित्तीय वर्ष की तुलना में 3694 करोड़ रुपएे से 4070 करोड़ रुपए बढ़ा।
English Translation:
Apollo Tyres revealed that it will invest Rs 700 crore in 2009-10 primarily for conclusion of its Chennai greenfield facility.
The company''s net profit for 2008-09 dropped over 50 per cent at Rs 108 crore as compared to Rs 219 crore in the previous fiscal on account of soaring input cost and slow demand in the domestic auto market. However, net sales increased by 10.18 per cent in FY''09 at Rs 4,070 crore as compared to Rs 3,694 crore in the previous fiscal.
