Tata Elxsi gains on extending alliance with Airtel to deliver engaging digital platform on Internet TV

Tata Elxsi is currently trading at Rs. 1349.30, up by 18.75 points or 1.41% from its previous closing of Rs. 1330.55 on the BSE.

The scrip opened at Rs. 1335.00 and has touched a high and low of Rs. 1354.75 and Rs. 1321.90 respectively. So far 16484 shares were traded on the counter.

The BSE group 'A' stock of face value Rs. 10 has touched a 52 week high of Rs. 1491.75 on 26-Jul-2018 and a 52 week low of Rs. 795.00 on 04-Oct-2017.

Last one week high and low of the scrip stood at Rs. 1379.25 and Rs. 1287.05 respectively. The current market cap of the company is Rs. 8368.09 crore.

The promoters holding in the company stood at 44.57%, while Institutions and Non-Institutions held 17.00% and 38.44% respectively.

Tata Elxsi has extended its partnership with Airtel's DTH service arm - Airtel Digital TV, to deliver an engaging digital platform for customers. As part of this, Tata Elxsi will build the application software for the company's innovative hybrid set-top-box, Internet TV.

Continuing on the success of the existing partnership between the two companies for Internet TV, the alliance will enable the companies together to enhance customer's digital experience on their television sets.
