Quess Corp strengthens on receiving nod to make further investments in two entities

Quess Corp is currently trading at Rs. 1185.05, up by 6.20 points or 0.53% from its previous closing of Rs. 1178.85 on the BSE.

The scrip opened at Rs. 1190.00 and has touched a high and low of Rs. 1200.00 and Rs. 1178.00 respectively. So far 1,417 shares were traded on the counter.

The BSE group 'B' stock of face value Rs. 10 has touched a 52 week high of Rs. 1253.20 on 08-May-2018 and a 52 week low of Rs. 750.00 on 23-May-2017.

Last one week high and low of the scrip stood at Rs. 1224.95 and Rs. 1146.05 respectively. The current market cap of the company is Rs. 17,138.00 crore.

The promoters holding in the company stood at 71.67%, while Institutions and Non-Institutions held 15.06% and 13.27% respectively.

Quess Corp has received approval for further investments in two entities, through its wholly owned subsidiary - Quesscorp Holdings, Singapore. The board of directors at its meeting held on May 17, 2018 approved the same.

The company has received approval to acquire 36% equity in Comtel Solutions, Singapore with an investment of up to SGD 22 million and acquisition of 49% equity in ComtelPro, Singapore with an investment of up to SGD 500,000.
