Praj Industries shines on expanding Bio-Energy basket by adding CBG Technology

Praj Industries is currently trading at Rs. 143.40, up by 5.70 points or 4.14% from its previous closing of Rs. 137.70 on the BSE.

The scrip opened at Rs. 137.70 and has touched a high and low of Rs. 144.50 and Rs. 137.50 respectively. So far 251048 shares were traded on the counter.

The BSE group 'B' stock of face value Rs. 2 has touched a 52 week high of Rs. 147.00 on 09-Jan-2019 and a 52 week low of Rs. 72.50 on 06-Jul-2018.

Last one week high and low of the scrip stood at Rs. 147.00 and Rs. 120.60 respectively. The current market cap of the company is Rs. 2511.59 crore.

The promoters holding in the company stood at 33.23%, while Institutions and Non-Institutions held 31.85% and 34.93% respectively.

Praj Industries has introduced integrated demo plant of compressed bio-Gas (CBG). The company unveiled its roadmap for commercialization of CBG technology and reaffirmed its readiness by way of required infrastructure to execute multiple CBG plants with advanced technology and designs.

The company's demo plant is first of its kind integrated CBG plant in the country. This flexible and highly instrumented plant will test, improve and optimize production of CBG from different feedstock such as biomass, press mud, variety of agri waste, paper mill pith etc.
