Nila Infrastructures trades in green on the bourses

Nila Infrastructures is currently trading at Rs. 14.10, up by 0.21 points or 1.51% from its previous closing of Rs. 13.89 on the BSE.

The scrip opened at Rs. 13.50 and has touched a high and low of Rs 14.35 and Rs 13.50 respectively. So far 147594 shares were traded on the counter.

The BSE group 'B' stock of face value Rs. 1 has touched a 52 week high of Rs 19.85 on 28-Dec-2015 and a 52 week low of Rs. 7.80 on 10-Sep-2015.

Last one week high and low of the scrip stood at Rs 14.35 and Rs 13.50 respectively. The current market cap of the company is Rs. 554.09 crore.

The promoters holding in the company stood at 62.09%, while Institutions and Non-Institutions held 0.04% and 37.88% respectively.

Nila Infrastructures has entered into an EPC contract for Rs 87.46 crore with Engineering Projects (India) (EPIL) for construction of the Medical College Campus and Residences at Barmer in state of Rajasthan.

Department of Medical Education (DME), Government of Rajasthan (GOR) has entrusted EPIL to execute construction of a Medical College campus for 100 MBBS admission annually as per applicable MCI norms at Barmer, Rajasthan. The Medical College Campus site is 9.3 km from District Hospital at Barmer and spread over 19.38 acres of land on NH-15. The project of about 300,000 square feet has to be completed within 12 months time.

Nila Infrastructures is a growing entity in the real estate and urban infrastructure space. The company has been engaged in turnkey civic infrastructure constructions, besides the development and marketing of residential real estate schemes.
