Muthoot Capital Services gains on the bourses

Muthoot Capital Services is currently trading at Rs. 888.40, up by 7.80 points or 0.89% from its previous closing of Rs. 880.60 on the BSE.

The scrip opened at Rs. 905.55 and has touched a high and low of Rs. 905.55 and Rs. 880.00 respectively. So far 1016 shares were traded on the counter.

The BSE group 'B' stock of face value Rs. 10 has touched a 52 week high of Rs. 1300.00 on 31-Jul-2018 and a 52 week low of Rs. 696.65 on 28-Mar-2018.

Last one week high and low of the scrip stood at Rs. 926.75 and Rs. 880.00 respectively. The current market cap of the company is Rs. 1460.21 crore.

The promoters holding in the company stood at 62.49%, while Institutions and Non-Institutions held 15.45% and 22.07% respectively.

Muthoot Capital Services has completed securitization transaction of Rs 236.36 crore. With this transaction, the company has so far raised total funds of Rs 749.20 crore through securitization / direct assignment transactions during the FY 2018-19.

The entire pool is from the non - priority sector and has been taken after considering the guidelines prescribed by the Reserve Bank of India in this regard.

Muthoot Capital Services is a deposit taking non-banking financial company (NBFC). The company is engaged in financing for purchase of automobiles, including two wheelers, against hypothecation of the respective vehicles, and granting of personal/business loans against demand promissory notes.
