Lemon Tree Hotels gains on opening new hotel in Pune

Lemon Tree Hotels is currently trading at Rs. 68.30, up by 0.55 points or 0.81% from its previous closing of Rs. 67.75 on the BSE.

The scrip opened at Rs. 69.00 and has touched a high and low of Rs. 69.55 and Rs. 68.20 respectively. So far 11533 shares were traded on the counter.

The BSE group 'B' stock of face value Rs. 10 has touched a 52 week high of Rs. 91.00 on 23-Apr-2018 and a 52 week low of Rs. 57.30 on 09-Apr-2018.

Last one week high and low of the scrip stood at Rs. 71.05 and Rs. 67.10 respectively. The current market cap of the company is Rs. 5367.47 crore.

The promoters holding in the company stood at 30.84%, while Institutions and Non-Institutions held 22.24% and 46.91% respectively.

Lemon Tree Hotels has opened a hotel under brand name 'Lemon Tree Premier' on Connaught Road, Pune on December 5, 2018. This is the company's second owned hotel in the city. The Hotel has 201 rooms with a multi cuisine coffee shop, bar, spa, pool, fitness center, banquet spaces including a conference room.

With opening of this Hotel, the company presently operate 52 Hotels including managed properties across 31 cities in India.

Lemon Tree Hotels is India's largest hotel chain in the mid-priced hotel sector, and the third largest overall, on the basis of controlling interest in owned and leased rooms, as of June 30, 2017
