KNR Construction gains with arms getting financial closure for projects in Andhra Pradesh, Tamil Nadu

KNR Construction is currently trading at Rs. 214.70, up by 0.25 points or 0.12% from its previous closing of Rs. 214.45 on the BSE.

The scrip opened at Rs. 215.00 and has touched a high and low of Rs. 215.20 and Rs. 213.60 respectively. So far 1179 shares were traded on the counter.

The BSE group 'B' stock of face value Rs. 2 has touched a 52 week high of Rs. 340.00 on 12-Feb-2018 and a 52 week low of Rs. 163.30 on 11-Oct-2018.

Last one week high and low of the scrip stood at Rs. 222.00 and Rs. 210.30 respectively. The current market cap of the company is Rs. 3015.54 crore.

The promoters holding in the company stood at 55.38%, while Institutions and Non-Institutions held 31.70% and 12.91% respectively.

KNR Construction's two wholly owned subsidiary companies -- KNR Tirumala Infra and KNR Chidambaram Infra have received the financial closure letter from the National Highways Authority of India.

KNR Tirumala Infra has received financial closure for 6 laning of Chitter to Mallavaram section of NH-140 from under Bhartmala Pariyojana in the state of Andhra Pradesh and KNR Chidambaram Infra has received financial closure for 2 laning with Paved Shoulder of Meensurutti to Chidambaram Section of NH- 227 under Bhartmala Pariyojana, Phase I in the state of Tamil Nadu.

KNR Construction is a multi-domain infrastructure project development company providing (EPC) engineering, procurement and construction services across various fast growing sectors namely roads & highways, irrigation and urban water infrastructure management.
